We recommend that you read all the terms and conditions here carefully before making any purchase.
⤑ Stay True is not responsible for clients’ pets during the tours, except in the case of car tours, in the event of an accident while in the vehicle.
⤑ Stay True is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, such as mobile phones, tablets, cameras, watches/smartwatches, etc.
⤑ Customers must respect the rules and instructions provided at the start and during the routes. Failure to comply may lead to the itinerary not being carried out/cancelled.
⤑ Stay True will not be held responsible for any damage caused to physical integrity if clients display improper conduct, risky behaviour or fail to obey the rules provided, such as going off the beaten track or walking in places not recommended by the guide.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend that you read all the terms and conditions here carefully before making any purchase.
Stay True reserves the right to cancel Tours or Experiences without any cost to the client in the event of:
⤑ Unfavorable weather conditions and high risk.
⤑ Breakdown of the transport vehicle (valid for car tours).
⤑ Failure to carry out the tour due to the client’s illness, always requiring a valid justification.
⤑ Non-fulfillment of the tour for other reasons, always requiring a valid justification.
⤑ Non-fulfillment of the tour due to illness or other reasons on the part of the guide.
⤑ The guide reserves the right to interrupt the tour if the necessary safety conditions are not met.
Stay True reserves the right not to refund in the event of:
⤑ Cancellation of the tour by the client less than 72 hours before the start of the tour.
⤑ Change in the number of visitors by the client less than 72 hours before the start of the tour.
⤑ Change in the information provided by the client regarding the transportation of animals on car tours.
⤑ Change in the information provided by the client regarding the transportation of children on car tours.
⤑ Failure of the client to show up at the departure point 30 minutes after the starting time of the tour, leading to the cancellation of the tour.
⤑ Disobedience, improper conduct or risky conduct during the tour by the client, causing the tour to be canceled.
Tours & Experiences rules
⤑ Clients must not cross any barriers or fences along the routes.
⤑ Clients must not leave the tracks/paths along the routes defined by the route guide.
⤑ Clients may not eat, smoke or drink alcoholic beverages in the cars on the routes.
⤑ Customers must not drink alcoholic beverages during walking tours.
Customers must follow the safety rules defined by the tour guide, such as:
⤑ Wearing seatbelts in the cars on the routes;
⤑ Holding onto handrails or other supports (rock, wall, etc.) for safer access to certain places.
⤑ Customers are advised to follow the recommendations on what to bring on the tours, such as an identification document, sun cream, a hat and suitable clothing and footwear.
Stay True cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the rules.
