privacy policies

On this page, we want users of our website to have a clear and concise understanding of what our Privacy Policies are.

Stay True has taken great care and attention to the type of language used so that anyone browsing online can understand all the concepts inherent in the Privacy and Data Protection Policies.

We will inform you how we proceed in relation to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), what your rights are as a user and web browser and how our clients/users can defend themselves and lodge an official complaint in the event of non-compliance.

Use of Cookies

Cookies, according to the http protocol used on the web, are small computer files that are sent to a website so that when it checks a user’s visit, it can notify that user of previous activities.

Taking into account the knowledge of people who specialise in this area within Stay True, we can say that this is a very interesting “tool” for the users themselves. If you visit and log in to various websites, online shops and apps on a daily basis, we can assure you that it is a very beneficial “tool”, because the sites you browse most often will be able to save your session information so that you don’t have to enter it again, it will keep in its “memory” the products you have previously chosen in the online shop for your personal knowledge, among other benefits.

We can therefore say that the use of cookies undoubtedly improves user browsing and increases response more effectively.

How can you manage cookies?

All the browsers you use allow the web user to accept, refuse or delete cookies. You can check this in your browser settings.

If at any time you wish to deactivate cookies, you should bear in mind that doing so will make it more difficult for you to browse the web. In this case, some services may stop working properly.

What do we use cookies for?

Cookies are used to record user information, such as: collecting visits and analysing user behaviour after entering our web platform. These details allow Stay True to improve its services in order to provide more complete resources to users and/or visitors of our website.
